This application is open to those who would like to request a refund for their IBF 2025 ticket(s), and to those who have extra tickets they are unable to use. Please note that once submitted, you will receive your refund within 30 business days, through the original payment used to purchase the ticket(s). This form can only be submitted for your tickets, under your account.
Each ticket has its own ticket number. If you would like a refund for all of your tickets, please provide all ticket numbers. If you are requesting a refund for some of your tickets, please provide only those ticket numbers.
Once you have submitted the form, your ticket(s) will be discarded from our ticketing system and cannot be used for badge shipping nor entrance to our 2025 event. This form will close March 1, 2025, at 11:59PM, after which all tickets will become non-refundable. Ticket resales cannot be refunded. You can contact us if you have any questions. Thank you!
