DAY-OF VOLUNTEER

Volunteers of IBF will be required to run errands before and during the event. Tasks include directing crowds, assisting exhibitors, capturing content for social media, registering attendees, and leading games/trivia. Other tasks may include lifting, moving signs, and standing for long periods of time. If chosen, you will be gifted with an IBF volunteer shirt to wear during the event and a Celestial VIP tote bag. Returning volunteers MUST come prepared with their IBF volunteer shirt. You will be responsible for your own lunch meals, travel, and lodging.

Volunteers must be 18 or older.

We will be sending you alerts and updates via email and an app called Slack. This is a temporary volunteership, necessary only for the festival event on June 5-6, 2026. If selected to join us, we will email you with a formal invite. You will have 7 days to respond and confirm before the position is given to another volunteer.
