Vendor Application

This application is for businesses only. If you are an author or publisher, please see this form. Every vendor wishing to join us at Imaginarium Book Festival must sell products that pertain to the genres of fantasy, paranormal and sci-fi. This includes clothing, candles, tea/coffee, etc. IBF is a kid-friendly event, so we do not allow the sale of erotic or derogatory products. Please understand that filling out this interest form does not guarantee your participation in the festival. All payments are non-refundable and table spaces are non-transferable. In the event of a cancellation out of our control, we will refund payments minus the deposit.

 

Vendor spaces include a full booth table that is six feet long and comes with two chairs for the exhibitor and their assistant. Priority will be given to 2-DAY vendor exhibitors. 1-DAY exhibitors will be waitlisted.

Each exhibitor is permitted to attend with one(1) assistant, who will receive a lanyard badge. If they would like access to festival perks and events, they must purchase their own tickets.

 

Please understand that filling out this application is not a guarantee of acceptance or space. If selected to join us, we will email you with a formal invite and directions to make your first deposit within 7 days. All payments must be made through PayPal. Please see our FAQ if you have any immediate questions.
